Let’s be real: a gorgeous cake is just a sculpture until someone picks up a fork.

That’s why we obsess over our recipes as much as our ruffles. We create cakes that refuse to be ignored—strikingly beautiful on the outside, but with decadent layers on the inside. Enough to keep people talking long after the party ends.

Hi. I’m the flavour page.

The cake you see in the picture is a marble cake of vanilla and black sesame seeds with a whipped elevated chocolate ganache (with hints of cinnamon and coffee).

My philosophy is rooted in the belief that a cake should be a reflection of your shared journey. I find the most joy in crafting flavours that tell your story, whether it’s a tribute to your favorite childhood dessert, a profile that rekindles a cherished memory, or a recreation of the very first sweet treat you shared together. To me, it isn't just a cake; it’s a piece of your history.

My approach

Orange Zest Sponge • Pistachio Cream • Crème Pátissière. A bright, nutty, and classic. A citrus-infused sponge layered with rich pistachio and velvety crème pâtissière. It’s a Mediterranean dream, refined for the modern palate.

Cardamom Sponge • Lemon Curd • Strawberry & Raspberry Chunks. Warm cardamom meets sharp lemon and juicy fresh berries. It’s floral, tart, and unexpectedly bold. Perfect for its lightness and freshness.

Deep Chocolate Cake • Chai Tea Mousse. Dark, indulgent chocolate paired with the fragrant, spiced warmth of chai. It’s a sophisticated, slightly mysterious combination that lingers long after the party ends.

Vanilla Sponge • Salted White Chocolate Mousse • Caramelised Almonds • Fresh Raspberries. An elevated take on vanilla. Paired it with salted white chocolate and the crunch of caramelized almonds to create a texture that is impossible to forget.

To help guide your vision, here are a few of our favorite options:

For the sponge:

Vanilla

Lemon zest

Orange zest

Chocolate

Cardamom

Spices

For the filling:

Vanilla bean crème pâtissière

Lemon curd

Chocolate mousse

Toasted marshmallow

Mascarpone cream

Cheesecake

For the crunch:

Fruits (strawberries, raspberries, etc.)

Nuts (caramelised or toasted)

Chocolate chunks

Cookie chunks

Consider these combinations a starting point. Your cake should be as unique as your celebration, so we are always happy to tailor the details to suit your taste. If you have a specific vision in mind or any questions at all, I’m just a message away.
